First stop was Columbia, SC for a house show. Here is some audio of Pony Payroll Bones that I captured and destroyed for my own nefarious purposes.

Upon return Ed clued me into some funny as hell eye-crack known as Raptor Jesus. Here is a large collection of these if you would like to familiarize yourself, while laughing your ass off: http://media.photobucket.com/image/raptor+jesus/nite8/1232856649499.jpg?o=194
Ed suggested I do one for Hal, which I did:

...but what I really thought needed to be made, was one including Mel Gibson. Here is my contribution to the Raptor Jesus canon:

After I started fretting about "practicing" what we were going to do for our set, Ed convinced me that we should be punk-rock and figure it out in the car on our way down, and that's exactly what we did. We plugged my micro into the car stereo and when i pressed record, it produced some great dynamic feedback that I could "play" by moving around all the different car speakers, while Ed used his micro to playback some craziness that he had captured earlier. Then during our set, Ed ran the projectors and his micro, and I played my micro by slightly pressing on the rewind button so that the tape dragged, and also while I played with the FX on my sound board.
Here is a video of our set: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ly08dnI3ky0
